The business pre-accelerator, Núcleo was developed for businesses that have at least three months of operations. This program will offer education, coaching sessions as well as access to global markets to traders and merchants that that wish to grow their businesses. Assistance is provided with no cost to participants and offered in collaboration with the Puerto Rico Department of Housing, under the CDBG-DR Program.

Includes:

• Individual coaching sessions in areas such as: Permits, Branding, Market Validation, Business Plan and Financing Alternatives, among others.

• Educational workshops on topics such as: Market Segmentation, Business Model, Product, Digital World and Projections, among others.

• Expansion and internationalization concepts, and opportunity to travel to discover other markets.
